CNC Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Deploy, set up, and commission CNC machining centres and lathes at client facilities across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults to restore operational performance.
• Perform routine servicing, geometric alignments, and detailed machine inspections to minimize downtime.
• Assist clients with operational queries, collaborate with internal teams on complex issues, and generate detailed service reports.
• Execute on-site technical assignments, requiring travel within the Southeast Asia region as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience with hands-on CNC machinery servicing experience.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical/electrical schematics alongside practical knowledge of CNC control systems and troubleshooting.
• Proven field service capabilities, solid problem-solving skills, independent work ethic, and willingness to undertake regional travel (Southeast Asia).
