About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Marketing Manager to drive business growth and marketing initiatives across Singapore. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns and customer engagement programs for advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans to support business growth and market expansion in Singapore.

• Plan and manage customer-facing marketing activities, including technical seminars, workshops, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

• Execute regional digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, online advertising, and website promotions.

• Adapt and localize global marketing materials to suit local market needs, including technical content, campaign messaging, and digital assets.

• Partner closely with the sales team to identify market priorities, customer needs, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal marketing and events teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and customer programs.

• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular insights and recommendations.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Measure campaign performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize future marketing initiatives based on data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant technical discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in technical marketing, applications engineering, field engineering, product marketing, or similar roles within the semiconductor, electronics, communications, test & measurement, or other high-tech industries.

• Good understanding of one or more technology domains such as semiconductor testing, electronic measurement, high-speed digital systems, AI networking, or related technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good understanding of integrated marketing principles across digital and offline channels.

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and customer-focused manner.

• Experience creating technical marketing content such as presentations, solution guides, application notes, white papers, technical articles, or demonstration materials.

• Experience supporting customer demonstrations, technical workshops, webinars, seminars, or industry events.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, engineering, and regional marketing.

• Confident presenter with the ability to engage technical audiences, business stakeholders, and customers.

• Experience executing digital marketing programs and using performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.

Preferred Experience

• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage for supporting regional stakeholders and customers.

• Experience within data center infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, or high-speed computing environments.

• Exposure to regional or Asia-Pacific marketing operations.

• Experience with market intelligence, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
