Quality Control Test Engineer

$3,000 – $4,000

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

Perform quality control testing for control boards, Bond Head and machine functional testing.
Conduct machine buy-off, test calibration, ESD testing, heater validation and temperature tuning.
Handle RMA, failure analysis and investigate quality issues on control boards, PCBA, motors and electronic parts.
Support new machine, new parts and new feature transfers from R&D to production.
Prepare and maintain test procedures, work instructions, QC checklists and test specifications.
Analyse test results and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct internal/external audits and prepare QC reports, 8D reports, failure analysis and evaluation reports.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Certified ISO Internal Auditor.
Semiconductor manufacturing experience is required.
Good knowledge of control systems, computer hardware, logic gates and semiconductor testing.
Hands-on experience with ESD testing, oscilloscopes, digital testers and related test equipment.
Experience with semiconductor equipment; die bonder experience is an added advantage.
Able to perform failure analysis and support quality improvement activities.
