We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support our client in a banking environment.

Location: Raffles

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Provide end-user support for desktops and laptops.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and break/fix activities.
Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding and offboarding activities, and peripheral device setup.
Log and track support tickets while maintaining basic IT documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to the company's Level 3 support teams when required.

Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and IT ticketing systems is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.
