Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use and report any shortages or spoilage.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or recipe improvements when required.
Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of inventory requirements.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is cleaned and maintained after use.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Work closely with kitchen staff and service team to ensure efficient food preparation and customer satisfaction.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager.
