Accounts Receivable Executive ( 5 months Contract)

• Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to clients

• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers on overdue payments through phone calls, emails and written correspondence

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes and customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer transactions, payments and account statuses

• Prepare aged receivables reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status and outstanding balances

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any order-related issues affecting payment

• Process customer payments and ensure proper posting to accounts in the accounting system

• Support credit control activities, including credit assessments for new customers and ongoing credit limit reviews

• Assist with month-end and year-end reconciliation procedures and closing processes

Requirements:-

• Diploma in Accounting with 2-4 years in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance role

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit control practices and collection procedures

• Proficiency with accounting software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle or similar ERP platforms

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office application

• Knowledge of Singapore's tax regulations and GST requirements would be advantageous

• This is a 5 months Contract assignment and working location at Sin Ming Road ( Near Upper Thomson Road)
