What You’ll Be Doing

• Design event visuals, key visuals, backdrops, EDMs, social media posts & print materials to meet project requirements
• Translate concepts into clear, well-structured layouts that communicate effectively
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes to ensure consistency and usability
• Collaborate closely with project managers and 3D designers to maintain visual consistency throughout projects
• Prepare artworks accurately for print and digital output, ensuring technical specifications are met
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while maintaining a responsible working attitude
• Organize and maintain design files systematically to support project workflows and version control

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign for creating and editing design assets
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to enhance design impact
• Prior experience in events or exhibition design experience is an advantage
