Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive table service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guests’ requests promptly.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, table presentation and restaurant cleanliness.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring timely service recovery when required.
• For Captain-level duties, assist with daily service operations, team coordination and coaching of service crew.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel or fine-dining service is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• For Captain role, prior team-leading or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, service-oriented and able to maintain professional hospitality standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
