SCM Senior Executive (Regional / HI-Tech industry / Central) [SAS]

Job Summary

• Support business planning and forecasting cycles by managing communications and coordinating with SEC, ESC, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform transactional and operational activities to support business teams in achieving revenue targets outlined in the Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Planning & Supply Forecast Management

• Monitor demand and ensure accurate supply planning.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate inventory and forecast meetings with Project Managers.
• Analyse demand data and prepare forecast submissions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of forecast information.
• Maintain and process forecast and procurement system requirements.
• Review and approve forecast limits.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and implement actions to achieve inventory targets.

2. Inventory Planning & Optimisation

• Develop and maintain processes to track inventory levels across products for both short-term and long-term planning.
• Monitor Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy to maintain optimal inventory levels.

3. Supply Chain Coordination & Procurement Support

• Coordinate supply chain activities across stakeholders to ensure visibility of customer demand, production plans, and materials in transit.
• Process weekly procurement data and purchase orders based on business requirements.
• Maximise drop shipment opportunities according to business guidelines.
• Manage product pricing in SAP, including price maintenance, revisions, approvals, and release processes.
• Perform SAP transactions and generate weekly shipping schedules for delivery coordination.

4. Stock Allocation Management

• Manage stock allocation for forecasts, additional requests, and excess inventory across sales companies.
• Perform weekly stock allocation planning to support shipment requirements.
• Address and resolve stock-related enquiries and additional requests from sales companies promptly.

*Requirement: Proficiency in Power BI
