Job Summary

Join Trinet Technologies as a Senior Service Engineer to lead and execute installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily service and maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems to maintain operational reliability
• Ensure timely completion of service jobs and projects by coordinating resources and managing schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and resolve complex technical issues
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of service reports and operational activities for compliance and quality tracking

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A Driving Licence (essential for travel to service sites)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in servicing and maintaining security or surveillance systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with CCTV, access control, or other security systems to enhance technical proficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead service teams
• Ability to organize and manage day-to-day operations independently under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate customer interactions and team collaboration
