-NEW- 12 Months HR Analyst, Generalist (Foreign Bank)

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities by liaising with HR, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

· Prepare employment contracts, new hire documentation and onboarding materials, while supporting background screening, reference checks and employee onboarding.

· Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and recruitment tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Support employee benefits administration by handling enrolment queries, coordinating with external service providers and managing benefits-related documentation.

· Provide day-to-day HR operational support, including payroll documentation, work pass and dependent pass applications and renewals, employee mobility and short-term assignment coordination.

· Prepare HR reports, organizational chart updates, internal communications, regulatory surveys and support offboarding activities to ensure timely completion of HR processes.

· Coordinate meetings, maintain HR calendars, manage correspondence and liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR operations.

· Organize training programmes, employee engagement activities and corporate events, including logistics, venue setup, catering and training record management.

· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, process travel expense claims and provide administrative support for HR projects and ad hoc initiatives.

· Ensure efficient documentation, record management and process administration while contributing to continuous improvement of HR operations and service delivery.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
