We are hiring Locum Home Care Staff Nurses to provide community nursing services and personalised patient care in a home setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits and perform comprehensive nursing assessments
  • Provide nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterisation and tube care
  • Monitor patients’ condition, medications and treatment plans
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home nursing and disease management
  • Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

Requirements

  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Valid Practising Certificate and BCLS
  • Home care experience is required (Palliative care experience is advantageous)
  • IT savvy and comfortable using electronic documentation systems
  • Able to commit 2–4 days per week
