Digital Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

Who We Are

We are a Singaporean digital marketing agency that helps businesses stay top of mind, build trust and get more enquiries via social media content marketing and paid ads. We work with mainly service-based businesses.

What This Role Is

You'll coordinate content delivery for 1–2 active projects. The video editor and graphic designer are already in place. Your job is to provide clear direction, keep timelines on track and make sure the output is right before it goes out. The project manager will provide you with guidance.

What You'll Actually Do

• Write content briefs for the video editor and graphic designer

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Scripting and storyboarding for video content ideas

• Assist with video shoots (where needed)

• Write captions and hashtag sets for posts

• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms

• Flag problems early

• Attend a short weekly check-in (30–45 min)

• Ad hoc tasks as they come up. You'll always have clear guidance before diving in

What You Won't Do (Yet)

• Handle client-facing communication independently

• Run paid ads

• Manage influencer campaigns

These may open up as you prove yourself.

What We Need From You

• Available and responsive during agreed hours

• Active communication throughout the project ups and downs

• You can take a brief and run with it without hand-holding

• Basic familiarity with video editing and graphic design

This is part-time at $600-$800/month. We follow clear frameworks that keep work efficient. We prioritise collaboration, value open feedback and maintain two-way communication so everyone’s input drives improvement.
