Assistant Operations Manager

Supervise site supervisors and cleaning personnel, handle duty rosters, and conduct on-the-job training.

Attend client meetings, address feedback, and maintain positive account relationships.

Perform site risk assessments and ensure adherence to local environmental regulations.

Review price quotes for equipment, manage inventory, and assist with operational reporting.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

At least 6 years of relevant background in cleaning, hospitality, or facility management services.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic IT proficiency for digital reporting.

Comfort with rotating shifts or multi-day operational schedules common in Singapore's service sector.
