Job Summary

Join our innovative learning centre as a Full-Time Primary Learning Coach / Tuition Teacher, guiding Primary 1 to 6 students using an AI-assisted platform to build strong academic foundations and confidence through personalised coaching and technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Primary 1 to Primary 6 students during learning sessions to ensure effective engagement and progress
• Assist students in Mathematics, English, Science, and/or Chinese using a structured digital learning platform to enhance understanding
• Explain academic concepts clearly and patiently to resolve student difficulties and foster comprehension
• Monitor each student's learning progress and identify specific areas requiring additional support or intervention
• Conduct small-group coaching and provide individual guidance to address diverse learning needs
• Encourage and develop positive learning habits to maintain student motivation and engagement
• Provide regular, clear feedback to parents on students’ academic progress and areas for improvement
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Participate in internal training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and adapt to new methodologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related discipline preferred
• Prior experience teaching Primary school students is an advantage
• Ability to teach Chinese is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic when working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology in the classroom
• Willingness to learn and apply the centre’s teaching methodology and digital learning platform
