Assess patients and take comprehensive clinical histories.
Perform physical examinations and develop appropriate care plans.
Implement and evaluate patient care, including follow-up reviews.
Coordinate care with the healthcare team using established care plans.
Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning.
Develop and conduct individualised and group education programmes.
Evaluate effectiveness of education and adjust as needed.
Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and caregivers.
Adhere to infection control standards, including hand hygiene and standard precautions.
Support and promote infection control awareness among patients and caregivers.
