Risk & Compliance Officer

• S$3,000 – S$3,500 + Bonus + Nominee Director Incentives

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)

• Jurong East, Singapore 608526

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.

• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

• Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.

• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.

• Identify, report, and escalate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.

• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related discipline.

• 3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment.

• Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.
