Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and gain hands-on exposure across full set accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and corporate advisory support.

Position: Accounts Executive

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month + Up to 2 months’ bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Location: Jurong East

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare/manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, tax computations, and GST filings.

• Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation, and proper filing of financial information.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.

• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and government agencies as required.

• Support senior team members on more complex accounting assignments and advisory matters.

• Contribute to improving accounting processes and service delivery standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services, accounting firm, or corporate services environment.

• Basic knowledge of SFRS, GST, and Singapore corporate taxation.
