SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities at project sites.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide guidance to workers on safe work practices.
• Monitor productivity and resolve site issues promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, attendance, and progress updates.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with MOM and WSH requirements.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist in manpower planning and material coordination.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or site supervision.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings is an advantage.
• Willing to work at various project sites.
• Valid Singapore Class 3.
• Degree or Diploma
