• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants.
• Review bookkeeping, management accounts and financial statements prepared by the team.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Manage workload allocation to maximise team productivity.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and technical guidance.
• Review financial statements prepared in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Resolve technical accounting issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Drive continuous improvements to workflows, systems and internal processes.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with clients to provide professional accounting advice and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with our Tax, Company Secretarial and Client Relationship teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and client satisfaction.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore or ACCA is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within an accounting or corporate services firm.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Experience reviewing financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Experience in an accounting firm or corporate services environment.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Financio or other cloud accounting software.
• Experience implementing workflow improvements.
• Passion for AI, automation and leveraging technology to improve productivity.
• Experience coaching and developing junior accountants.
