Masseuse

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Masseuse (Non-Medical) to provide professional wellness and relaxation massage services in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role involves non-medical massage services only and does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional non-medical massage treatments, including relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other approved massage therapies.
• Assess customers' preferences and recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages.
• Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing treatment experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, linens, and equipment before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.
• Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness products.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Certificate in Massage Therapy or related training is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Masseuse or Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of various non-medical massage techniques and body therapies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
