Job Summary
Oversee and lead cable installation projects from start to finish, ensuring professional execution, timely progress, safety compliance, and effective customer engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and co-ordinate site works performed by sub-contractors and the Power Works site staff,
- Carry out cable route survey with client, record survey details, prepare survey drawing or report,
- Co-ordinate with Surveyor and LCDW/TCDW for site works
- Discuss with Civil Professional on Shoring Design, HDD, Pipe Jacking, Cable Bridge, Wall Opening, Cable Support, Impact Assessment, etc
- Prepare photographs for road opening application and existing defects,
- Apply and obtain approval for all necessary earth work permits and obtain copies of all necessary way leave from client,
- Issue of documents for sub-contractors
- Attend meetings such as site meetings, safety meetings etc.,
- Investigate and prepare accidents or incident report with Subcontractors,
- Visit project sites regularly to check on safety, works progress, and compliance of all Statutory Boards requirement and take photographs of work progress and non-compliances,
