Operations Team Leader / Operations Liaison Assistant

Job Scope:

• Assign cleaning tasks.
• Create staffing schedules.
• Carry out manpower planning and deployment.
• Provide orientation and training for new staff.
• Offer high-quality customer service to clients.
• Manage the inventory and order supplies.
• Issue supplies and equipment to staff.
• Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Perform services as required by clients.
• Prepare reports and share them with management.
• Establish standards and procedures for work.
• Attend staff meetings to discuss policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Recommend service improvements to the management.
• Handle complaints from customer.
• For staff with valid Class 3 Driving License, a company vehicle may be issued for operational use.
• Driving staff to comply with company driving conduct and am liable for traffic offences and accidents.

Requirement

• Physically fit, able to carry out prolonged standing and carry load
• Diploma and above
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in a cleaning company preferred
• Class 3 Driving License preferred
• Able to work rotating shifts on a 6 days rostered work week
