INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales/project team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring projects are handled efficiently from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process sales orders and issue relevant sales documents.
• Liaise with customers, project teams, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor project progress and keep customers informed of order status..
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and project documentation when required

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Min 1 year of experience in inside sales and sales support
