Pastor for Chinese Service

兀兰播道会是一间拥有华语与英语崇拜的教会，总人数约一千人，其中华语堂约三百人，英语堂约六百人。

教牧职责

他/她向华语堂主任报告，并与其他教牧同工密切配搭，负责以下范围：

1. 讲道与教导事工

2. 给予会友牧养与关怀，焦点关注会中弟兄需要

3. 负责领导指定事工

4. 具备相应的行政管理能力

教牧资格

1. 是一个委身和自我长进的仆人

2. 能够独当一面，并愿意在团队中互相协调和配搭事奉

3. 道学硕士或以上学位外加3年工作经验，或普通学位外加8年工作经验

4. 精通中文口语和书面语，以促进工作开展；具备英语口语和书面表达能力为佳

Woodlands EFC is a combined English - Chinese church with 600 worshippers at the English service and 300 at the Chinese service.

Pastor's Responsibilities

1. Preaching and teaching ministry

2. Pastoral Care for members, especially the needs of the men in the congregation.

3. Responsible for leading assigned ministries

4. Possess corresponding administrative management skills.

Pastor's Qualifications

1. A committed and growing servant of God

2. Able to work independently and work well in a team environment

3. Possess a Master of Divinity or above with 3 years work experience or a general degree with 8 years work experience

4. Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to facilitate work; competence in spoken and written English will be advantageous.
