Principal Delivery Consultant

About the Role

Suku Consulting is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to take full delivery ownership of our upcoming leadership and capability development programmes.

In this role, you will hold complete end-to-end responsibility for classroom execution, leading full-day workshops, driving high-stakes group dynamics, and delivering transformation-focused learning experiences for professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Workshop Execution: Lead full-day learning programs independently from opening to close, ensuring seamless delivery and high participant engagement.

• Executive Facilitation & Coaching: Navigate complex group discussions, facilitate leadership simulations, and deliver high-impact debriefs.

• Post-Program Governance: Synthesise participant feedback and prepare post-run summary reports for Suku’s account leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of senior facilitation experience in Singapore, with a strong track record across government agencies or large public institutions.

• Deep mastery of Service Leadership, Change Management, or Adaptive Capability frameworks.

• Proven ability to run complex adult learning sessions autonomously with zero supervision required.
