Associate Workshop Co-Facilitator

About the Role

Suku Consulting is hiring Associate Co-Facilitators to support the delivery of upcoming capability, service excellence, and professional workplace workshops across late 2026 and early 2027. You will work alongside our Lead Facilitators to manage group dynamics, drive breakout simulations, and facilitate peer coaching triads across diverse participant profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-Facilitation: Support the Lead Facilitator during workshops (managing breakout groups, peer coaching triads, and role-play simulations).

• Classroom Engagement: Assist with physical and digital classroom management.

• Post-Run Synthesisation: Collate and summarise participant feedback and evaluation forms within 3 business days of workshop completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience facilitating or co-facilitating adult learning or youth workshops.

• Familiarity with Service Excellence, Personal Resilience, adaptive leadership, or Workplace Communication frameworks.

• Excellent command of spoken English with strong crowd engagement and active listening skills.
