Core Duties

  • System Design: Creating layouts for air conditioning, ventilation (ACMV), and piping.
  • Site Supervision: Checking daily work to match safety rules and local codes.
  • Teamwork: Working with builders and electricians so parts do not clash on-site

Main Skills Needed

  • Software: Using AutoCAD and Revit to review drawings.
  • Knowledge: Knowing local building rules and safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Fixing site issues fast
