Delivery Driver (Class 3) - Chilled/Frozen Food

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Class 3 Delivery Driver to support the delivery of chilled and frozen food products to customers across Singapore.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, accurately and on time while maintaining proper cold-chain handling, vehicle cleanliness and delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 3 refrigerated vehicle to deliver chilled and frozen food products to customers across Singapore.

• Check delivery orders, product quantities and delivery documents before leaving the premises.

• Load and unload products safely using the equipment provided.

• Ensure products are handled properly and kept within the required temperature conditions throughout the delivery process.

• Deliver products according to the assigned schedule and route.

• Obtain customers’ acknowledgement or proof of delivery upon completion.

• Report rejected goods, shortages, damaged products or delivery discrepancies promptly.

• Collect returned goods, documents or payments where instructed by the Company.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before commencing work.

• Report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns or traffic incidents immediately.

• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and general condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Comply with road traffic regulations, workplace safety procedures and Company delivery policies.

• Assist with reasonable delivery, warehouse or logistics-related duties when required.

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

• Have a satisfactory driving record and no current driving disqualification.

• Previous commercial delivery-driving experience is preferred.

• Experience in chilled, frozen food or food-service delivery will be an advantage.

• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use GPS or mobile navigation applications.

• Able to read delivery documents and communicate with customers regarding delivery matters.

• Able to use mobile applications for delivery confirmation and work communication.

• Comfortable working in chilled or cold environments.

• Able to carry, move and handle delivery cartons safely using proper techniques and available equipment.

• Responsible, punctual, honest and safety-conscious.

• Able to work independently and follow delivery instructions.

• Willing to perform overtime, weekend or public-holiday work when operationally required.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.

• Delivery of chilled and frozen seafood products.

• Work may involve entering cold rooms or handling products in low-temperature environments.

• The role includes regular loading, unloading, driving and customer delivery duties.

• Working hours, rest day and overtime arrangements will be stated in the employment offer.

• Overtime and work performed on rest days or public holidays will be compensated in accordance with the Employment Act and Company policy.

• Monthly salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
