We're Hiring: Business Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, data analysis, and stakeholder management to drive effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Role: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, queries, dashboards, and reports.
Develop and maintain BPMN process model
Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
Perform data analysis and reconciliation using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
Prepare business documentation and support programme delivery.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) ( mandatory).
Experience with SAP Signavio and BPMN process modelling.
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments is an advantage.
