Inventory & Demand Planner (MNC / Office Equipment) [EL]

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement coordination, pricing administration, and stock allocation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, maintain inventory health, and ensure timely product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory performance and stock levels.
• Track forecast accuracy and Days of Supply (DOS).
• Process procurement activities and purchase orders.
• Maintain pricing information and ERP master data.
• Execute SAP transactions related to supply chain operations.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery planning.
• Allocate inventory according to demand forecasts and business priorities.
• Generate operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
