Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking a energetic and hands-on Cafe Supervisor / Manager to lead daily floor operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers. In this role, you will play a direct role on the frontlines—preparing beverages, managing floor service, handling cashiering duties, and building warm relationships with our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Everyday Operations & Front-of-House

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve handcrafted drinks (coffee, tea, specialty beverages) adhering to quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

• Customer Service & Engagement: Welcome guests, manage seating, attend to customer inquiries or feedback promptly, and foster a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

• Cashiering & POS Operations: Manage opening/closing cash counts, accurately handle POS transactions, process payments (cash, credit, e-wallets), and reconcile daily sales.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with hands-on experience in beverage preparation/barista work and cashiering. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Service Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and taking a hands-on approach during peak operational hours.

  • Food Hygiene: Food Hygiene Certificated / Food Safety Course Level 1 (or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Shift Work: Willingness to work operational shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on duty rosters.
