Havaianas Retail Associate (Full Time) — Taka

We're looking for a Retail Associate to join our Havaianas store team at Taka (Ngee Ann City).

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the shop floor
• Build strong product knowledge across the Havaianas range to advise customers confidently
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, cash handling, and POS transactions
• Assist with stock takes, inventory accuracy, and store opening and closing procedures
• Support ecommerce order processing during peak periods and campaigns
• For the right candidate, opportunity to host or co host live selling sessions on our online platforms

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates new to retail
• Comfortable with a rotating shift roster including weekends, store hours are 10am to 9:30pm daily
• Friendly, proactive, and confident engaging with customers
• Live hosting experience or interest is a plus, not required
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred

What We Offer

• $2,200 to $2,600 a month, commensurate with experience, higher end for candidates with live hosting experience
• CPF contributions
• Annual leave starting at 7 days upon confirmation, tiered with tenure

• On the job training with room to grow into ecommerce and live commerce support

• Type: Full time, 5 days a week, 44 hours a week, rotating shifts with rest days, fair weekend rotation
