Client Services Manager, APAC (6-Month Contract)

We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our APAC team for a six-month contract. You will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects from pre-booking through campaign completion. You will play a key role in driving projects and retaining business, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and clients are serviced to the highest standards. This role involves daily engagement with clients, agencies, internal customer groups, and sales teams to manage external partnerships and drive successful outcomes. A successful candidate will be a proven operator who demonstrates genuine curiosity, a positive can-do attitude, effective collaboration, strong communication skills, accountability, and a growth mindset.

We'll trust you to

• Lead the successful execution of complex, integrated media partnerships from kick-off through delivery, optimization, and campaign completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and partner communication across multiple workstreams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget.
• Translate client objectives, targets, and success metrics into clear internal direction, while using campaign data and insights to develop meaningful performance narratives and recommendations.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, Editorial, Media, Analytics, Traffic, Planning & Campaign Management, Marketing, and other partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, feedback, evolving requirements, and campaign performance, finding opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and agencies through proactive communication, problem-solving, and exceptional service, ensuring expectations are clearly established and consistently met.
• Support business growth by contributing to pre-sale and post-campaign activities, including reporting, insights, campaign wrap-ups, and finding opportunities for client retention, renewals, and upselling.
• Share findings, best practices, and industry insights with colleagues while demonstrating operational excellence, accountability, strong collaboration, and growing strategic judgment.

You'll need to have

• At least 3 years of experience in client services, account management, project management, integrated production, or a related role within media or agency environment
• Experience delivering complex, cross-platform media campaigns
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with multiple partners and competing deadlines
• A proactive, growth-oriented attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to continue developing professionally
