Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical quality and patient safety strategies and programs.

• Track and review clinical departments’ Mortality & Morbidity submissions; monitor and follow up on action plans.

• Identify existing and emerging clinical risks within the organization and design corresponding risk management measures.

• Create appropriate and feasible interventions to address issues arising from clinical incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong analytical and data processing abilities.

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

• Meticulous and proactive approach to work.
