Air Freight Export Warehouse Coordinator

Join a dynamic team to oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with documentation and procedures for seamless shipments. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in the export process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team in export operations according to established standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Prepare necessary documentation, including labels, invoices, packing lists, and work files, based on customer requirements.

• Execute Airway Bills (AWB), specifically House Airway Bills and Master Airway Bills, for export shipments.

• Ensure all documentation complies with airline and customs regulations.

• Coordinate with appointed contractors for the daily launch of export cargo and necessary documentation.

• Monitor shipment status via airline websites and provide updates to the overseas office.

• Generate and submit daily reports to track progress and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the supply chain industry.

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and willingness to commit to rotating shifts and overtime as necessary.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
