Location: Macpherson

Employment: Permanent

Salary: $3,700 – $4,500/month

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 8.00am – 5.15pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Manage quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and quality records

• Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory and quality standards

• Coordinate change control activities and support impact assessments and implementation

• Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and manage CAPA activities

• Support manufacturing teams in resolving quality and compliance issues

• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and management reports

• Manage customer complaints, product recalls, returns, and quality investigations

• Review packaging artwork, specifications, and technical documentation

• Support equipment qualification, validation, stability programmes, and quality improvement initiatives

• Promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and support eQMS implementation
