Job Summary

Join a specialised healthcare team supporting fertility treatment procedures and delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons during fertility treatment procedures in the operating theatre to ensure procedural efficiency and patient safety.
  • Perform ultrasound scanning, artificial insemination, and other clinical procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Provide circulating support to the scrub team during surgical procedures.
  • Perform scrub duties independently while maintaining strict aseptic and sterile techniques.
  • Organise and maintain surgical instruments, inventory records, and theatre trolley readiness.
  • Provide financial counselling by explaining treatment plans and associated costs to patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and medication administration in compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures safely and accurately.
  • Coordinate with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock-taking, and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory authority.
  • Experience in operating theatre, obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G), or IVF/fertility care settings is an added advantage.
