Sales Executive (B2B)

Responsibilities

1) Drive membership recruitment

• Manage the full membership life cycle from initial prospect engagement through conversion and onboarding with a focus on sustainable, target-driven results to drive membership growth.

2) Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline

• Proactively prospect through cold outreach, referral networks, and participation in relevant industry events. Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline of qualified leads with accurate records and clear visibility on conversion status at every stage.

3) Analyse performance and report insights

• Review recruitment outcomes and market trends to refine outreach strategies. Prepare periodic reports on KPI progress with actionable recommendation

4) Support the wider team

• Take on projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting officer, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to shared objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client engagement.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite and HR leaders.

• Experience in an industry association, trade body, or membership organisation Flexibility to work on weekends and beyond standard office hours when required (off-in-lieu will be provided).

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
