Job Summary

A marketing support role focused on coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, assisting with creative assets, and handling administrative and event logistics to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver materials and services on time.

  • Manage project timelines and support reporting, presentations, and campaign summaries.

  • Support email marketing setup, testing, and scheduling.

  • Create and adapt marketing materials using existing brand templates.

  • Provide basic design support such as resizing images and editing layouts/content.

  • Assist with procurement, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and event logistics.
