[MNC] Paralegal/ Legal Associate (In-House)

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support the legal team's work

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence

• Assisting with the preparation and organization of legal files and documentation

• Providing legal & administrative support to the legal team, with a focus on trademark, patent application and contract drafting & review

• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties

• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

• Ad-hoc legal support tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Law or Legal Studies or equivalent

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably from an in-house legal role or a reputable law firm
