Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Bukit Timah

Handle the full set of accounts for three preschool centres.
Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and year-end reporting.
Monitor expenses, cash flow and budget performance.
Prepare audit schedules and assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, tax and relevant regulatory requirements.
Assist with financial submissions and reporting to ECDA and government agencies.
Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, consultants and government agencies on finance-related matters.

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Experience handling a full set of accounts.
Good knowledge of local accounting standards, budgeting and financial reporting.
Experience in the preschool or education is an advantage.
