• Utilize advanced selling techniques and cultivate strong customer relationships to optimize shop performance
• Formulate and implement effective sales plans to reach and exceed the brand's objectives, service standards, shop's targets and other KPIs

People Management

• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify the areas for improvement and develop team talents
• Motivate and coach the team to maximize sales performance and achieve both individual and team targets
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards excellence in both service and sales

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers
• Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and independence
• Plan and executive shop events with relevant internal and external parties to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement
• Prepare different sales reports for management review and follow up action plans
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, enforcing operational guidelines consistently

We would love to hear from you if…

• A minimum of 9 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Demonstrate strong leadership and shop operational skills
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective teams
• Proven ability of driving sales and profitability
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen to inform decision-making
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
