[URGENT] Clinical Project Manager / Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical research projects from planning through study completion.

• Manage study timelines, milestones, deliverables and operational activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and study partners.

• Provide operational guidance on clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.

• Support study planning, protocol reviews and project execution.

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational issues and risks.

• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.

• Maintain accurate project metrics, documentation and study records.

• Ensure key decisions, action items and project updates are properly documented.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices.

• Lead or participate in post-study reviews and lessons-learned activities.

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members.

• Set team objectives and monitor individual and team performance.

• Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, preferably with early-phase clinical research project experience.

• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and study execution.
