Site Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking Site Coordinators to support the daily coordination and supervision of construction activities. The role will work closely with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Job Scope

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

• Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, and work schedules.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of ongoing works.

• Identify site issues, defects, or delays and report them to the relevant project personnel.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequences to support smooth site operations.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments on site-related matters.

• Maintain site records, inspection reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in building, civil, infrastructure, or general construction projects.

• Experience coordinating site activities and working with subcontractors is preferred.

• Basic ability to read and understand construction drawings and work instructions.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to monitor multiple site activities and follow up on outstanding works.

• Able to work effectively in a site-based environment and coordinate with different project stakeholders.
