Clinical Trial / Volunteer Recruiter (Patient Recruitment)

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthy volunteers and eligible participants for clinical research studies.

• Develop and execute study-specific participant recruitment plans.

• Plan and implement recruitment strategies to meet study requirements and timelines.

• Communicate study information clearly to potential participants.

• Conduct outreach and invitation activities through appropriate recruitment channels.

• Schedule screening appointments and coordinate participant visits.

• Support recruitment campaigns, publicity activities and outreach initiatives.

• Work with external partners to support participant recruitment activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant recruitment databases.

• Track and report recruitment metrics and progress.

• Prepare recruitment-related forms, documents and materials in line with study requirements.

• Support process improvement initiatives related to participant recruitment.

• Coordinate with internal teams on screening schedules and recruitment activities.

• Maintain professional communication with potential and enrolled participants.

• Protect participant privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with GCP, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• With 1 - 2 years of experience in volunteer management, clinical trial recruitment.
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, call centre or public relations experience can also be considered.
