Field Service Technician (Medical Devices/1 Year Contract/Up to $3000)

The products that the technician will be handling are Devices for Temperature Management and Sterilization Assurance

Job description:

• Perform Preventive Maintenance of devices at customer site or in Service Center, depends on needs
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of devices in Service Center
• Documentation of service results
• Manage to ensure test equipment are calibrated on time for service
• Manage spare part inventory to ensure availability of spare part for repair
• Perform Software Upgrade if needed (Not the routine, only when needs arise)

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, servicing or repair; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repair.
• Able to use basic test and measurement equipment.
• Medical device or healthcare equipment experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and occasional software upgrades.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working at customer sites.
• Able to work independently and perform hands-on technical work.
