Strategic Partner Manager -Korea

Our client is a leading MultiTech social media company.

They are seeking an entrepreneurial Strategic Program Manager to lead pioneer partnership initiatives at the intersection of agentic AI, emerging tech, and next-generation interactive formats.

In this high-visibility role, you will design and scale programs that empower indie, mobile, and PC developers to build for our platform ecosystem; exploring how autonomous AI can revolutionize content creation, developer workflows, and player experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and scale strategic partnership frameworks that onboard indie, mobile, and PC developers into our platform ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives leveraging agentic AI and emerging tech to transform content creation and interactive formats.
• Identify, cultivate, and mentor high-potential developers and studios across global markets.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, and Design teams to align program goals with product roadmaps.
• Serve as the face of our programs across developer communities, industry events, and leadership reviews.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in program management, business development, or developer partnerships within tech or gaming.
• Deep knowledge of the indie, mobile, or PC developer ecosystem.
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with AI/ML, agentic tools, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Deep domain expertise in indie game development, mobile/PC gaming ecosystems, or emerging platforms
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted development workflows. Proven ability to launch and scale multi-stakeholder programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Track record of building developer community programs or managing developer relations initiatives
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Should have good communication and fluency in Korean language to liaise with stakeholders from Korean market.
