Job Summary

Join My Queen’s dedicated healthcare team to provide compassionate postpartum and baby care, supporting new mothers and their infants through recovery, feeding, safety, and wellness guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort
  • Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas
  • Record babies’ temperature, feeding patterns, and mental and physical behavior to monitor health
  • Track babies’ growth progress and report observations to supervisors
  • Guide parents on infection control and baby safety measures to promote wellbeing
  • Monitor mothers’ recovery progress and provide support during postpartum care
  • Teach mothers breastfeeding techniques and baby care skills to enhance confidence and success
  • Assist mothers in understanding and managing postnatal conditions for improved health
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Care Scheme

Working Hours & Requirements

  • Day shift: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM; night shift: 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM with incentives
  • Includes 1.5 hours of break time per shift
  • Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
