Marketing Coordination

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, and scheduling.

Creative Support

• Create and adapt marketing collateral such as social media graphics, email banners, and PowerPoint presentations using existing brand templates.
• Perform basic design and editing tasks, including resizing images, updating layouts, and revising content.
• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Administrative & Event Support

• Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities, including registrations, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
